A book-match dining table that embraces inherent mysterious beauty and its natural integrity. Are intent here was to simply display natures marvel, set on  steel legs for a simple modern style. The maple top was hand picked and set a side, after about four years of contemplation the decision was made to join the two piece together with as minimal impact as possible, leaving some of the live edge intact in the center.  In the end it felt right to even keep the angles of the ends from the original cut log remaining. Its finished satin, the length is 88″.
